ANNUAL COMMEMORATION SERVICE AT THE NATIONAL NAVAL MEMORIAL, CANBERRA 4 OCTOBER 2007

The ACT Section of the NAA in collaboration with the RAN organised the 2007 Commemoration Service recently at the RAN National Memorial in ANZAC Avenue, Canberra.

A magnificent day welcomed all participants.  Great credit must go to the ACT Section for the organisation of the day and to the RAN for their whole-hearted support of the commemoration of this day which commemorates the formation of the Royal Australian Navy and the arrival of the Australian Squadron in Sydney on 4th October 1913.
