To commemorate HMAS ADELAIDE FFG1 prior to her decommissioning in January 2008, a postage stamp depicting the ship, will be launched in Adelaide during NAVY WEEK commencing 27th November, 2007.  Special packs of 10 will be available at $9.50 with all proceeds assisting the Navy Cadets 50th Anniversary celebrations.
