HMAS BRISBANE MEMORIAL DEDICATION CEREMONY

ALEXANDRA HEADLAND, SUNSHINE COAST, QLD

Monday 28 August, 2006

On a beautiful spring day at Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast, the newest memorial was dedicated to service for the men who served in HMAS BRISBANE.

The memorial was commissioned by the local Maroochy Shire Council with a grant towards construction being provided by DVA. 

Many ex ship's company including a former CO RADM Geof Loosli and Gunnery officer, CAPT Ralph Derbidge attended.  The programe is under and photographs may be viewed by clicking on them.
