Greg  Williams   AFSM

 Greg ‘bungy’ Williams was a POM(E) in the RAN, and is a staunch member of the Devonport / Ulverstone sub section. 

Bungy, has been teaching fire safety to children in schools across the State of Tasmania for the past 17  years.  To the children he is known as ‘Fireman Greg’ and is even called this when meeting them down the street, obviously he is well liked, and very modest with it.

Greg has been in the fire service since 1982, and it is apparent that his Naval training in fire fighting came in handy. At one stage he was part of the aviation fire service at Devonport airport until they were downgraded.

From all his fellow shipmates here at Dev/Ulv S/S, we are immensely proud of our ‘Bungy” and offer him a BZ and congratulations on a well deserved award.
