The inaugural amalgamation meeting of the former Gold Coast Hinterland and South Coast Sub Section which now forms the Gold Coast Sub Section was held on Monday 11^th May, 2009

The meeting, held at the Navy Cadets Training Ship TYALGUM, on the Spit at Southport, was attended by fourteen members with Jim Dee elected as the President, Mr Graham Llewellen as Secretary and Albert Auman and Ted Beard elected as Vice Presidents.

Following the meeting, a BBQ was enjoyed by members and their ladies. I have enclosed several photographs of the day.

At the most recent AGM Albert Aumann was elected as the Sub Section President.
