PINE RIVERS SUB SECTION - BBQ MEETING AT BULLOCKY REST 26 JUNE 2005

Many thanks to Pat and Gus for getting out to the dam at 0630 to set up for our monthly meeting and BBQ.  A great day was had by all and it just goes to show that a change is as good as a holiday.  The threatening rain did not eventuate and we had a productive and useful meeting.  

Greg could not stop laughing (wot's new?) he had just signed his papers to become a fully fledged and participating member of the Sub Section.  Congratulations Greg...great to see that you have finally joined - welcome aboard - please keep your hands outta your pockets and have a shave and don't be adrift for future meetings! (We have to try and keep ex Kellick Coxswains in order even when they tell you they actually made PO)

Rose didn't want her photo taken and Tracey wanted to run away from the camera...so naturally their photos are magnificent???  

Max and Tracey did the chef-ing...great job, thanks from us all.  Shirley thanks also for the preparation and giving Max guidance when required.  Sorry we didn't get you in the family photograph.

Much discussion and air time was given to the cost of the new bar ... Don Cunningham squibbed it recommending that we purchase the bar outright rather than wait for him to build one for us.  He was right...look at the pictures as we successfully launched it after packing up the goodies at the Anchorage from the days activities.
